Gerry is this year's winner of the Spirit of 26 Award, she is a bright shinning star and is a positive long term member of the Chinook Winds Show Chorus! We thank her for all the contributions she has made! She has held many positions in the Chorus and has always been there to greet new members and old members with a fresh smile and a welcoming warmth! Congratulations Gerry!

Last Tuesday -as I was all set for my birthday song (which I had strongly been hinting to Susan that Lori and I qualified for- sharing our birthday on a Tuesday)- when I had the most wonderful surprise of all- I was becoming the 2020 “Spirit of 26”!
I was rendered speechless! ( you all understand how rarely that happens!)
I want to thank you for choosing me and to express how thrilled and honoured I am to be your representative this year.
You are truly the “flowers of my heart” and singing with you is my absolute Joy.
Some folks say it is Disneyland but I say Chinook Winds is my “happiest place on earth”
